  Invitation for Bids Date: 24 February 2021 Grant No. and Title: 3309-TAJ: Strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project Contract No. and Title: MOLME/TVET/NCB/GS44:  Additional Equipment (Tractors) for Agriculture Lyceums  Deadline for Submission of Bids: 30 March 2021, 3:00 PM (Dushanbe time)  1.   The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project (TVET). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply other than restriction arising from ITB 4.7.  2.   The Project Administration Group (PAG) of the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Additional Equipment (Tractors) for Agriculture Lyceums (“the Goods”).
