The purpose of this Contract is to provide assistance for:
The purpose of this Contract is to provide technical assistance for strengthening the institutional and administrative capacities, specifically for: monitoring and reporting; raising awareness; modelling air conditions; establishment of registers of polluters, chemicals, biocides and infrastructure; mapping, identification/monitoring and reporting on biodiversity; on strategic and implementation activities on environmental noise; on identification and of disaster loss and disaster risk assessments and on climate change, including implementation of the EU Directive on Emissions Trading System, Monitoring Mechanism Regulation and preparation of the low carbon strategy.
