Description:

1.1 Invitation to Tender

The Director invites Tenders for the provision of goods and services to replace the boardwalk at Murrays Beach in Booderee National park (BNP) in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).

Timeframe for Delivery:

The delivery date will be negotiated with the Contractor. The delivery date should not be later than 31 May 2022.

Tenders must be lodged electronically via the Australian Government Tender System, AusTender, at https://www.tenders.gov.au before the Closing Time and in accordance with the Tender lodgement procedures set out in this paragraph 3 and on AusTender.
