Overview : Dear Bidder, We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Consultant for sub-study on determining drug purchasing and usage trends in Malaysia. This sub-study on determining drug purchasing and usage trends in Malaysia will inform the larger Drug Policy Study currently being undertaken jointly between UNODC, WHO and UNDP. The Drug Policy Study aims to focus on strengthening and supporting Malaysia to effectively address the demand reduction and harm reduction aspects of the national response. The objective of the study is to provide local evidence-based research on supply and demand of drugs in Malaysia in order to develop effective supply reduction and demand reduction strategies that can prevent the development of drug use disorder and prevent other social problems associated with drug use. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2 in preparing your Proposal. Do ensure that the financial proposal is separated with password protected.
