Overview :

In order to support the evidence base for the approach adopted by the project for procuring energy efficient building retrofits and cost data used for setting financial incentive levels for energy efficient building retrofits in Armenia – as part of Component 4 in the project - UNDP is seeking to recruit a national consultant to work closely with the international consultant recruited for the review of the procurement approaches used for EE buildings retrofitting, and to provide a cost database of most common technology solutions in EE building retrofitting project in order to come to recommendations on how to achieve the project’s results at the most competitive price levels. The national consultant is expected to provide support in data collection, translation and analysis that will be led by the international consultant.
