Section II: Object
Pilot Operated Surge Relief Valves (POSRV)
In order to develop a heat transport network in the South Holland region, WarmtelinQ intends to build a number of pipeline routes for this heat transport network, including additional heat stations.
POSRV’s shall be applied in the heat transfer stations to protect the system against pressure surges caused by water hammer. The surge relief valve shall be pilot-operated and act based on set-pressure and inlet pressure difference.
The scope of this tender concerns the purchase of approximately 15 POSRV’s for all sections of WarmtelinQ. Contract quantity is a maximum of 30 pieces. The estimated expectation is based on the information available at the time of publication of this selection procedure. These numbers/amounts are for information purposes only and do not offer any guarantee for the future. Candidates may not derive any rights from these amounts. Gasunie is not obliged to place actual (further) contracts with the contractors.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Section IV: Procedure
It is important that the framework agreements cover the entire duration of the project and that the materials do not have to be contracted again at the end of the project. Because the realization of the WarmtelinQ project may take ten to twelve years, a contract term for the framework agreement of eight years is too short and a new tender could mean a break in standardisation.
