LHC is reviewing the potential need for a minor works framework.

The provision of minor works for complete refurbishment projects for public sector organisations in 6 (or more) regional lots throughout England, Scotland and Wales including, but not limited to the following trades:

— complete kitchens/bathrooms,

— windows/external doors,

— internal doors,

— flat or pitched roofing,

— brickwork replacement,

— concrete repairs,

— painting/decorating (internal/external),

— disability adaptations,

— electrical rewires and testing,

— emergency lighting,

— plumbing/heating system renewal,

— above ground drainage surveys/replacement,

— fencing and gates (metal/timber),

— grounds maintenance.

We are interested in early supplier engagement with suppliers and buyers who have experience in successfully managing minor works packages.

LHC is currently undergoing market analysis for the potential procurement for MW1.
