Alexandria Mineral Oils Company “AMOC” invites for sealed bids to Design, Supply, Install and Commission (including civil works) on a turnkey basis a Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Interested bidders may obtain further information, and inspect the bidding documents at the address below during the office hours from 9 am till 2:00 p.m. Sunday to Thursday. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the factory — Materials General Department — upon a payment of non-refundable fee of one thousand US Dollars (USD 1000) or equivalent in Euro or Egyptian pounds. Payment should be in cash or by certified cheque.

AMOC will hold a pre-bid meeting for clarifications for interested bidders at 11:00 a.m. on 28.1.2019 at Alexandria Factory. A visit to the project site will be arranged as part of the pre-bid meeting.

2-stage bidding will be undertaken. During the first stage, only technical bids should be submitted to the address below by 12:00 p.m. on 12.3.2019. Bidders whose technical bids are evaluated as acceptable will be invited by 12.5.2019 to submit a Stage 2 updated technical and financial bids by 12:00 p.m. on 16.6.2019. All stage 2 bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 100 000 USD (hundred thousand US dollars). Technical bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. on 16.6.2019 in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attend at the Alexandria Factory. Late bids or not accompanied by bid security will be rejected.
