Certificate on registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural person or a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject matter of procurement or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association pursuant to the regulations of the country where it was registered. – Valid license for performing energy activity - electricity supply, issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia, as proof that it meets the special requirements for performing the activity prescribed by law related to the subject matter of procurement, - If the bidder is a BOS (Balance Responsible Party), it should submit a Balance Liability Agreement, and if the bidder is part of a BG (Balance Group), it should submit a Balance Responsibility Agreement from the Balance Responsible Party and a document on balance responsibility takeover from the Balance Responsible Party for the bidder,
