Statement by the economic operator that has a minimum of two (2) tankers — specialized vehicles thattransfer extra light oil 1 (EL-1) — Statement by the economic operator that the tanker trucks that transport extralight oil 1 (EL-1) hold a measurement system for measuring the volumetric flow of liquid fuels, sealed with aproper seal (stamp) not older than one year and the possibility the measuring system to print volumetric notecontaining information on the date and time of delivery, total issued litres and extra light oil 1 (EL-1) at operatingtemperature and total issued litres at a reference temperature of 15 oC. — valid completed verification of flowmeasuring devices of tank vehicles issued by the Bureau of Metrology or other legal entity authorized by theMinistry of Economy to perform this kind of activity.
