— certificate of registered activity as proof that it is registered as a personal or legal entity for carrying out the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract;

— copy of license for heat production issued by the competent authority.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

— description of the production capacity of the plant (s) and its/their locations;

— statement singed by the economic operator that the generation plant (s) have/are connected to the thermal energy distribution network on the territory of the City of Skopje, operated by the contracting authority.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

— have a minimum annual income of EUR 1 500 000 (in MKD/EUR NBRM middle exchange rate applicable on the last day of the relevant financial year) in the last 3 financial year.
