To verify the capacity for performing a professional activity, the contracting authority requires from each economic operator to submit a proof of being registered either as a natural or legal entity for performing a professional activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract, or a proof that they belong to a respective professional association as per the legislation of the country he is registered in.

The economic operator is also required to possess the following:

— permit for collection and transport of communal and other non-toxic waste, issued by the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning;

— the economic operator shall prove that he meets the requirements by submitting the following:

— copy of a business registration document;
