III.1)Conditions for participation

III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:

- statement that in the last 5 years no final court verdict has been pronounced for a crime committed in accordance to Article 88 paragraph 1 of the PPL

- confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority

- confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been opened by a competent authority

- Certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties from a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered

- confirmation from the Registry of fines for committed criminal acts of legal entities that there are no secondary penalties of prohibition for participation in public call procedures, awards of public procurement contracts and contracts for Public Private Partnership

- confirmation from the Registry of fines for committed criminal acts of legal entities that there are no secondary punishments temporary or permanent prohibitions to perform a certain activity

- a statement of the instruments, plants or technical equipment provided by the service provider or contractor

The bidder must have at least 3 contracts concluded and completed in the period of last 3 (three) years related to completion of the same or similar services stated as procurement subject.

- The bidder is required to have available at least 75 (seventy five) official identification cards issued by the Security Chamber of the Republic of Macedonia

- The bidder should have at least 25 (twenty-five) visibly marked patrol vehicles with GPS systems;

- The bidder must possess or have at least 20 (twenty) pieces of weapons

- The Bidder must possess or have available at least 30 (thirty) handheld radio stations

- The bidder must have at least 20 (twenty) weapon licenses.
