Phase 1: Pre-installation test at the training field. Provisional acceptance

Phase 2: Preparation of GIS analysis and determination of ideal locations in order to enable the greatest coverage of the forest area on the mountain Jablanica with 4 surveillance towers (two in each border zone).

Phase 3: Field Installation of monitoring equipment.

Installation of detectors and software. Establishment of internet link with control centres.

Phase 4: Installation of software in control centres in Struga, Librazd and installation of control software and server in PRD Skopje

Phase 5: Testing and tuning of equipment and software components
