The aim is to enter into a contract to cover the contracting authority's need for a wheeled loader for Asker Municipality. In addition to the wheeled loader, tenderers must provide an option for a service contract and extra equipment such as a container-compressor plate with a hook, pallet fork and scoop.

The wheeled loader must be compatible with the contracting authority's existing equipment.

The detailed delivery requirements are in annex 1 - the contracting authority's requirements specification.

The contracting authority estimates that the contract value will be approx. NOK 2.0 - 2.5 excluding VAT, including options.

Asker Municipality would like to procure a wheeled loader that, amongst other things, will be used to lift, transport, and mix matter at the contracting authority's recycling station. It must also be able to lift and pull containers, clear snow, and sweep.

The stated length of the contract is the maximum length of the service contract that the contracting authority has an option for.
