Drammen municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue where the objective is to receiv input on the tender documentation for the purchase of licences for digital teaching aids. This includes educational software, digital learning resources and digital textbooks. The municipality wants to purchase both individual licences and licences purchased in bulk. The municipalities want to learn about alternative agreement models that exist in the market.

Drammen municipality has the following objective with the market dialogue:

- Which delivery models may be relevant to meet the municipality's needs and how will it affect:

- General input on the tender documentation

Practical execution of market dialogue

All of the tenderers will be invited to participate in one-on-one meetings with Drammen municipality. The meetings will be held electronically during 9 March. All of the suppliers must prepare a presentation that will form the basis for a dialogue in the meeting, the presentation should be sent to Drammen municipality afterwards. The following points are emphasised (only a guide):

- Brief presentation of products with references

- Presentation covering the objectives of the market dialogue

- Possibility that the subject coordinators ask questions
