Lenvik municipality wishes to enter into a tenancy agreement for premises for the Community Nursing and the Child Welfare service in Finnsnes. The premises, shall as far as possible, comply with all requirements in the attached requirement specification (annex 1) and the room programme (annex 2).
Lenvik municipality requests 2 agreement proposals. 1 agreement proposal for 10 years, and 1 agreement proposal for 5 years. Both agreement proposals shall include an option for 2+2 years extension.
