Procurement of Furniture and Other Mobile Fixtures for New Premises
Norec is moving into new premises and invites tenderers to a contest for desks, desk screens, office furniture and mobile fixtures with accompanying services. 46 workplaces, a dining room, large and small meeting rooms, library, cloakrooms, etc., must be furnished. The procurement is split into two subcontracts: subcontract A flat furniture and subcontract B other mobile fixtures.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Legally established company:
• Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate;
• foreign tenderers: proof that the tender is registered in a trade or company register as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
• Tenderers must submit a tax certificate, not older than 6 months.
• Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include information on the contract value, date and recipient (name, telephone No and email address). It is, however, the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience be referring to the competence of the personnel that can be used for this assignment, even if the experience was acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.
Tenderers must have adequate capacity for the guarantee and service work in the guarantee period. Documented by written confirmation of fulfilment of the following requirements:
• response time for guarantee follow-up 1 day;
• delivery time for replacement product, 1 week/loan product for longer delivery times;
• supplementary orders/supplements will be possible for up to 4 years after delivery;
• minimum 5 years claims deadline and guarantee.
