This objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement with a research institution that can offer researchers and experts with expertise in areas such as gambling behaviour and relevant areas. Justification for cancellation

One of the two received tenders was rejected. This resulted in not enough competition, so the contest was unsuccessful. Norsk Tipping therefore decided to cancel the procurement process.
