The framework agreement will be for 2 years with mutual option for 1 year + 1 year and concerns the purchase of approx. 75 000 waste containers and a smaller number of red boxes for storage of hazardous waste and around 20 000 perforated baskets for storage of food waste at the subscriber. The number and expected distribution of container sizes, etc. is in Annex 1 — price form.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The framework agreement will be for 2 years with mutual option for 1 year + 1 year and concerns the purchase of approx. 75 000 waste containers and a smaller number of red boxes for storage of hazardous waste and around 20 000 perforated baskets for storage of food waste at the subscriber. The number and expected distribution of container sizes, etc. is in Annex 1 — price form.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 23 million — NOK 32 million during the contract period including options.

Current delivery plan:

2021:

Spring, one delivery (trailer/container) containers, approx. 600 containers

Autumn, approx. 1 800 containers

December, approx. 10 000 and approx. 20 000 food waste baskets

2022:

January — April approx. 13 600 containers

May, approx. 5 000 containers per month

Autumn, approx. 600 containers

2023-2025: approx. 600 containers per year.

Before ordering of the main delivery, the parties must jointly prepare a detailed delivery plan where the contracting authority's warehouse and delivery capacity is key. The goods must delivered clean and dry.

Delivery time,

— main delivery: 6 months from the final order and according to the delivery plan,

— individual deliveries (full transport); max. 10 weeks after ordering,

— Spare parts/general cargo; max. one week from ordering.

III.1)Conditions for participation
III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate Foreign companies. Documentation of the company's registration in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be older than 12 months from the tender deadline.

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy without security and have satisfactory liquidity and solidity. The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract — accounts.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The credit rating must not be older than three months. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. The contracting authority can request further documentation as needed. Documentation: A copy of the Annual Financial Statement and Auditor Report for respectively the last 2 years must be enclosed, and any newer information of significance to the tenderer's fiscal figures.

Tenderers must have experience from similar contracts

Tenderers are required to have sufficient technical resources and capacity to fulfil the assignment in accordance with the contracting authority's needs.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

Description of relevant equivalent deliveries in relation to the number and time aspect. Including information about the value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email).

The contracting authority can contact references. Tenderers must describe planned production and logistics solutions, and demonstrate that they have the capacity to implement the delivery within the limits stated in this tender documentation.
