The need is based on statutory requirements, in addition to a desire for increased efficiency, control, and cost savings related to vehicle administration. The municipality does not currently have a suitable system - the responsible unit spends a disproportionate amount of time and resources on the administration of the vehicle fleet via Excel, and final users lack system support for flexible ordering and use of the vehicles.

16 November 2021 from 12 - 14 we, in cooperation with the supplier development programme, invite suppliers to a digital dialogue conference in order to:

• Give potential suppliers a good understanding of the challenge and needs

• Get input on feasibility, alternatives, or innovative systems that are relevant for the project

• Identify potential challenges in the project
