The purpose of the procurement is to issue a trade magazine that has analysis and debate in the research and innovation field as its purpose. The magazine will disseminate knowledge through professional articles and debate contribution of relevance to the policy areas of research, innovation and the interfaces to higher education and the field of competence. In addition to professional articles of high quality, the magazine will provide a basis for both a more focused debate and general society debate relevant to the research and innovation policy.

The anticipated value over the entire duration of the contract (excluding VAT) is NOK 2,880,000.
