The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for moving personnel between Ørland and Oslo/Bodø/Evenes. The need is to be met by establishing two civilian flight routes between Ørland (OLA), Evenes (EVE), and Bodø (BOO). The routes will be supported by the contracting authority through a turnover guarantee.

Passenger transport by air between Ørland and Oslo is also part of the procurement.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for moving personnel between Ørland and Oslo/Bodø/Evenes. The need is to be met by establishing two civilian flight paths between Ørland (OLA), Evenes (EVE), and Bodø (BOO). The routes will be supported by the contracting authority through a turnover guarantee. Passenger transport by air between Ørland and Oslo is also part of the procurement.

The routes will be available for the general public and will operate to/from the civilian terminals at the respective airports.

The route does not include local traffic between Bodø and Evenes that is already covered in the existing route network.

A framework agreement willl be established with one tenderer for 4 years.

The estimated total value of the framework agreement is NOK 60 million - NOK 80 million. The maximum total value is NOK 90 million.
