II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The aim of the invitation to tender is for the contracting authority to enter into a framework agreement with one provider for transport of technical aids for physically disabled persons, between NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral [the Assistive Technology Centre] Møre og Romsdal and all of the municipal reception locations in Møre og Romsdal County.

The aids will be collected at NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Møre og Romsdal's main warehouse at Langrabben 4, 6013 Ålesund, and transported to the municipalities in Møre og Romsdal in accordance with established transportation routes.

Simultaneously with handing over new aids, used aids are to be returned from the municipal reception to NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Møre og Romsdal's main warehouse.

It will be relevant with additional transport outside the regular routes.
