Moss Municipality invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for liquid dairy products. The procurement is being made on behalf of Moss, Råde and Våler Municipalities.
Moss Municipality invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for liquid dairy products. The procurement is being made on behalf of Moss, Råde and Våler Municipalities.
2 extensions, each for 12 months
The contracting authority intends to enter into separate framework agreements for the three municipalities. Three framework agreements will thus be signed with the same tenderer on otherwise equal terms.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation requirements are given in the tender documentation.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the agreement. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. The documentation requirements are given in the tender documentation.
1. Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. 2. Tenderers must have a quality management system/standard based on relevant European standards that are certified by accredited bodies. 3. Tenderers must have certification from either 1) EMAS, 2) another recognised environmental management system or 3) another environmental management standard based on relevant European or international standards from accredited bodies. 4. Tenderers must have a quality assurance system that confirms that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the ethical contract terms. The documentation requirements are given in the tender documentation.
