Moss municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for leasing of electric bicycles to employees. The framework agreement will be valid for 1 year, with an option for 1 + 1 + 1 year extension

The tender contest is limited to organisations whose primary objective is to integrate disabled and/or disadvantaged persons into working life, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-9. To be able to submit tenders, at least 30 per cent of the employees in the company must have a disability or be disadvantaged.
