The objective of the framework agreement is to cover Kristiansand municipality with partners

need for computer glasses and eye examinations in accordance with the employer's obligations. Cf. the Regulations on

organisation, management and involvement § 14-4.

The agreement includes:

- Eye examinations with assessment of vision ergonomic conditions in accordance with the municipality's procedure

- Delivery of computer glasses

The procedure on which the purchase of the services and deliveries included in the tender contest is based is described in the attached procedures.

Employees who are granted computer glasses must have the opportunity to choose a more expensive frame in exchange for paying any difference themselves when collecting the finished glasses.

The procurement covers both the procurement of goods and services. As the delivery of goods is expected to constitute

the bulk of the contract, the entire contract is considered to be a goods contract.

The current agreement is valid until 13.08.22. This means that a new agreement starts on 14.08.22.
