Orkland kommune [Orkland Municipality] needs to gain control over receiving sludge/septic/chemicals delivered to GOTA treatment plant. The municipality also needs to be able to distribute water to different service providers in the municipality.

Orkland Municipality therefore intends to procure a sludge kiosk and water kiosk that can automatically register the volume upon receiving septic and when withdrawing water in the municipality.

Registered data must be able to be read in a registration system which forms the basis for control and/or invoicing. The sludge and water kiosk must be able to communicate with the operational control system.

Explanation:

Orkland Municipality intends to enter into a direct contract with KZ Handels AS if this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice does not reveal other service providers who can deliver equivalent services. The contracting authority has assessed the market for such equipment and determined that KZ Handels AS is the only supplier of such equipment that satisfied our criteria. Any objections to this contract must be received by the contracting authority no later than 31.01.2021.
