The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency would like to procure an engineering design group that will design the renovation and renewal of the 'Heistad' barracks in Skjold camp. The barracks were built in the mid 1950s and are one of a total of six similar barracks in the camp for personnel accommodation. Skjold camp was listed in the regulations dated 6 May 2004 as a follow-up of the Land Protection Plan for the Norwegian Armed Forces (2000). The listing for the Heistad barracks covers both the exterior and the interior. The engineering design services will lead to detailed engineering design services up until the completed tender documentation for the contract(s), and follow-up in the execution and claims phase.
