Voice of the Customer - Feedback management platform
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that the group has a modern flexible platform/system to support the ongoing Voice of the Customer (VoC) / Net Promoter Score program in the Nordic area, hereby managing internal complexity and fully automate the VoC activities with dynamic easy to use “real-time” dashboard reports and analytics tools for the different user-roles.
