This game/these games shall replace The Norwegian Parliament's current learning game for sixth form colleges (Minitinget) and primary and lower secondary schools (the choice is yours), and be a supplement to The Norwegian Parliament's other communications services, including guided tours and meetings with representatives.

After the tender notice was published the requirement and scope have changed. This makes it necessary to make changes to the tender contest.
