Work included in the contract:

- Grass cutting

- Professional pruning of trees, bushes and arboretum

- Tree felling/stump milling

- Mowing of inclines, edges etc.

- Exterior cleaning, emptying of garbage bins and ashtrays

- Cleaning of equipment and garage facilities as needed

- In winter the service provider can be called on as extra reinforcement in the event of heavy snowfall etc. (Normal snow clearing has a separate contract, but clearing of entrances, escape routes, roof will be taken care of by the Directorate of Public Construction and Property.)

- In special situations such as holiday leave, illness etc., it must also be possible to perform smaller caretaker assignments internally in the buildings.
