Invitation to participate in market dialogue - Procurement of government joint contracts for overnight accommodation on official journeys
Statens innkjøpssenter [the Central Purchasing Body] was established 1 January 2016 and is a department in Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) [the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management]. By Royal Decree on 13 January 2017, Statens innkjøpssenter [the Central Purchasing Body] was granted authority to enter and manage framework agreements for government administrative bodies in select purchasing areas.
The Central Purchasing body is now working with needs mapping prior to the announcement of a contest for government contracts for overnight accommodation in and out of Norway. Interested actors are invited to participate in a market dialogue. The purpose of the market dialogue is twofold: First, the Central Purchasing Body will present the plans for procurements and needs mapped by the contracting authorities. The contracting authority also wants information and input from the market actors concerning execution of the contest. The market dialogue will be carried out as a digital gathering.
Afterwards, invitations will be extended to participate in one-to-one meetings
