The main aim of this procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for professional procurement assistance. Assistance is wanted from one or more consultants for the operative implementation of procurement processes for short and long periods in order to relieve an increased workload, understaffing, long term absence, etc. for the Directorate.

We would like the same resources to assist the contracting authority in call-offs so that we achieve an optimum use of resources and continuity in the work. The date and length of the assistance will depend on need.

The contracting authority has a separate framework agreement for legal assistance.

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. For the individual award of a contract of the framework agreement, a call-off form is used (Appendix 7, Annex 7A).
