Treatment Plant Renovation, Restoration and Supplementation of Furniture and Permanent Fixtures
The contest concerns entering into a framework agreement (‘the Framework Agreement’) for the purchase of services for renovation, restoration and supplementation of furniture and fixtures for Eiendomsavdelingen at UiO (the Property Department at the University of Oslo).
The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for renovation, restoration and supplementation of furniture and permanent fittings.
The framework agreement includes:
— renovation of furniture and furnishings. The need spans from restoration and renovation of historical/antique furniture and inventory for renovation of modern/industrially produced
furniture;
— supplementation of damaged and missing furniture and furnishing elements, including special construction of elements;
— lacquering, gold plating, reupholstering, padding, metal works, timber and cabinet-making, glass works, and other services in natural correlation with the above-named services;
— consultancy services in connection with procurements, management and condition assessment of the University of Oslo's furniture collection.
The framework agreement must be able to be used by the individual faculties and museums at the University of Oslo. The framework agreement is limited to a separate framework agreement for cabinet-making at the Art History Museum (KHM).
