The Norwegian Tax Administration's existing professional systems for tax collection shall be consolidated into one new joint system. Planning and implementation is program-organised with numerous underlying projects. One of the projects will include i.a. assessment on how needs related to case processing can be met in the best possible manner. The objective of the market survey is to achiev a better insight into opportunities, limitations, etc. in the standard case processing systems that are currently available in the market.
