The contracting authority expects the current compactor vehicle with a crane is included as a part exchange.

III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:

The tenderer shall possess the organisation, plant and equipment and adequate human resources necessary to execute the assignment as described in the tender documentation. All contact persons and all personnel in contact with the contracting authority shall at least be able to communicate in English, but should preferably be in command of a Nordic language.

Requirement for financial capacity to complete the tender that gives the client certainty of a robust and secure delivery during the contract period.

Documentation requirement

Accounts; the company's annual accounts with the auditor's report for the last 2 years shall be enclosed.

A credit/solidity rating and bankruptcy prediction from a certified credit rating company shall be enclosed with the qualification application. The assessment must provide information on:

1) the credit rating, and

2) the extent of any risk of bankruptcy (bankruptcy prediction).

The assessment must not be older than six months from the tender deadline.
