The system for wireless network in Sandvika shall be an independent system divided from Bærum municipality's production environment.
The system shall be based on POI (Point of Interest).
The system must have a form of authentication application.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:
The tenderer shall provide a wireless network in Sandvika. The tenderer shall establish, operate and administer the total service. The experienced speed must be at least as good as the current 4G network. The system must also have authentication and security mechanisms that safeguard the network based on the current and future threats. Capacity and performance of the network must as a minimum cover approximately 50 clients per POI (Point of Interest).
