Nordre Follo municipality, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of workwear for the health and care sector where the objective of the agreement is covering the Contracting Authority's needs for the purchase and delivery of workwear.

The agreement shall mainly be used by the activities related to the health and care sector. However, other activities in the municipality can exceptionally enter into the framework agreement.

This agreement does not include the purchase of footwear and protective equipment.

Scope

The contract includes the procurement of lab coats, trousers, and hijabs. See the annex regarding products and price sheet for supplementary listing of requested products.

There are several factors that could impact the scope. I.a budget, staffing situation, etc.

Based on statistics from last year's consumption, the total value is between NOK 1,500,000 and NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT for four years (2 + 1 + 1).

The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value for the contract period is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
