Dynamic Purchasing System ICT Consultancy Services

Nordre Follo kommune [Nordre Follo Municipality] will enter into a dynamic purchasing system for ICT consultancy services.

The contract will cover the need for competence and/or resources that the municipality does not have access to internally at a given time.

In this round, the contracting authority invited to a tender contest in the DPS for the following needs:

Nordre Follo municipality needs expertise for:

- Facilitation and coordination of security activities

- Management and co-ordination of development assignments

- Consultancy for various ICT strategic topics such as architecture, sourcing, etc. The contracting authority shall enter into an extended agreement for such service. The agreement will valid until the estimated value is consumed, or after three years, whichever comes first. The value is estimated to NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT.

The agreement is intended to cover tasks where we are lacking the internal resources, for example in the event of unforeseen absence. Assistance may therefore be required at short notice. There may also be tasks for which we are lacking competence.

There will be an immediate need for expertise in facilitating and coordinating security activities.

No weighting was stated as a percentage in the competition / invitation to tender, but a "not real" weighting is stated in the notice because the fixed form otherwise fails. The quality was weighted higher than the price.
