Framework agreement for the procurement of workwear and footwear
GKI would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear and footwear. Three sub-contracts will be signed, each with one tenderer.
• Sub-contract 1 covers workwear and footwear for the technical sector
• Sub-contract 2 covers workwear and footwear for health, education and cleaning
The same tenderer can be awarded one or both sub-contracts. Tenderers must have or enter into a binding collaboration with a shop where the contracting authority can receive products included in the framework agreement.

Skien Municipality.
GKI would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear and footwear. Three sub-contracts will be signed, each with one tenderer.
• Sub-contract 1 covers workwear and footwear for the technical sector
• Sub-contract 2 covers workwear and footwear for health, education and cleaning
The same tenderer can be awarded one or both sub-contracts. Tenderers must have or enter into a binding collaboration with a shop where the contracting authority can receive products included in the framework agreement.
The contract period is two years from when when the contract is signed.
The contracting authority will have an option for extend the contract one or more times for up to a further 2 years, to a total of a maximum 4 (four) years. Triggering of options to extend the contract must be notified at the latest before the contract expires.
In addition to the contracting authority, 17 municipal and inter-municipal companies are members of 'Grenlandssamarbeidet' '(the Grenland Co-operation'). The companies will individually have the opportunity to enter into the contract by submitting written notification to the tenderer during the contract period, including options for an extension. The companies must have the same price and contract terms as the contracting authorities.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
• Foreign tenderers: Proof that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, it can be proved by presenting a declaration from a financial institution on surety.
Requirement 1: Tenderers must have good experience from the implementation of equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments.
Documentation requirement: A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The list/description ought, as a minimum, contain:
• Name of customer/recipient
• Description of the company's role
• The assignment´s value
• Delivery dates
• A brief description of the delivery.
Annex 5 must be used.
Requiremen 2: Tenderers must have a well-functioning quality assurance system
Documentation requirement:
• Either: A description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods.
• Or: A copy of a valid ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent standards
Requirement 3: Tenderers must have a good environmental management system.
Documentation requirement:
• Either: A description of environmental management measures that have been implemented in the company.
• Or: A copy of a valid certificate for ISO 14001, Eco-Lighthouses scheme or equivalent standards
