Mobile Fixtures for a New Primary School
The contest is for the delivery of furniture and mobile fixtures for a new primary school (1st to 7th years) at Asmaløy in Hvaler.
The anticipated value of the procurement is approx. NOK 4 million excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is non-binding for the contracting authority.
The contract is also subject to budgetary and activity changes as well political government that can affect the terms and conditions for the scope of the delivery. The contracting authority reserves the right to make changes if the tender sum is not within the builder's budget limit.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
