The objective of this RFI is:

• carry out a market research to gain better insight into the suppliers' assortment and the supplier market (the opportunity space),

• give suppliers the opportunity to provide comments/input to the preliminary requirement specification, price form, etc.

• assess the use of the information received in the market survey for the planning of the procurement / the call for tenders.

A call for tenders will probably be prepared in such a manner that enable the tenderers to submit tenders for one, several or all light fittings groups.

The preliminary light fitting groups are:

A. Road lighting and parking area light fittings;

B. Headlight, bollard and in-ground light fittings;

C. Pylons, parking area, road light and bollard light fittings;

D. Headlight - and linear light fittings;

E Sports ground light fittings.

This RFI is issued solely to obtain information from the supplier market and enable further planning of the call for tenders for Lyse Lux. This RFI does not in any way oblige Lyse Lux and is not a guarantee for a future invitation to tender. Responses to this RFI are not considered as tenders.

Any future call for tenders will be published in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations.
