Trøndelag County wants to inform the market of a coming goal-orientated interaction contest for the construction project at Trondheim Cathedral School. The contest will be held as a restricted procedure with negotiations. After the pre-qualification, up to 4 participants will be invited to submit a tender.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Trøndelag County has started planning work on the future structure of sixth form colleges in the county.

The number of pupils in Trondheim and the surrounding area will increase in the coming years, and there is, thus, a need to increase the number of pupil places at each of the existing colleges. At the same time, the number of study courses at the colleges will be assessed in order to, amongst other things, facilitate larger subject environments.

For Trondheim Cathedral School, a decision has been made to increase capacity by 90 pupils in addition to a somewhat changed education offer. The existing site also includes areas that do not fulfil the requirements in the rules on universal design and daylight.
