The project shall be executed as a turnkey contract for the sludge treatment plant (process contract P1) — from reception of sludge to digestion of sludge with a collection of biogas in a gas balloon, dewatering of sludge and reject water treatment.

Justification for cancellation

The chosen tenderer no longer fulfils all the qualification requirements in the contest. The tenderer is therefore rejected in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations, section 24-2(1)(a).
