This dynamic purchase system will cover Helfo's need so that it can quickly offer outpatient specialist health services within mental health care to patients over 18 years who have surpassed their deadline.

Helfo would like to use the system for continual qualification of suppliers within mental health care. Helfo will hold contests under the system in order to obtain a treatment offer for patients who have surpassed their deadline in a concrete geographical area. Tender documentation, a contract, etc., will be prepared for each contest.
