Invitation to a market dialogue by Author system e-learning
NHN [the Norwegian Health Network] currently has no e-learning system with tools for creating content in courses, submitting
courses for groups/individuals and extracting reports. Norsk helsenett (NHN) [the Norwegian Health Network] is a large enterprise with
many employees and hired personnel with a large range of liability areas. We need to improve
the learning and get an overview of the implementation of obligatory courses.
We therefore wants to initiate a dialogue with the market prior to a tender contest for the system. The purpose
with the dialogue meetings is to learn about the existing solutions and how NHN can communicate
their need so that the published tender documentation comes across to the market, and provides the
results requested by NHN
By procuring a solution for supporting e-learning/micro-learning NHN wants to, among other things, achieve the following:
More systematic compulsory education
Measures to tune in on/ increase the competence of employees
A "Bank" with completed courses that are universal
Section IV: Procedure
Section VI: Complementary information
Registration for participating in the dialogue meetings shall be via the communication module in Mercell.
