II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

This contract is for K4001 electro for the emergency hospital at Hjelset. The turnkey contractor in K4001 electro will be responsible for the engineering design services for and installation of electrical and tele-engineering installations. The contract is for buildings 1250, 60, 70, and 90, as well as electro work in the seawater pump centre and facilitation of interface with building 1240.

The builder has entered into contracts with an engineering design group and architect, and will transport consultants to the turnkey contractor after interaction phase 1, see D.4 Framework for Interaction.

The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations of 12 August 2016, no. 974 (PPR), parts I and III. The award of contract will be made in accordance with the negotiated procedure after a prior notice, c.f. Section 13-2 letter c.
