Furniture, Fixtures and Work Chairs — Framework Agreement
NTNU shall enter into a new framework agreement for furniture, fixtures and office chairs.
The contract includes advice on the choice of products, sale, delivery, and assembly of the products. Contracts for service of products can be relevant in some cases.
Furniture and Fixtures Except Office Chairs
Most of the turnover is at NTNU's main site in Trondheim. See the description in the tender documentation.
Furniture and fixtures except office chairs: includes, amongst other things, flat-packed furniture such as desks, meeting tables, and storage systems, adjustable undercarriages, cloakroom systems, meeting room and conference chairs, screens for reducing acoustics, desk lights, sofas, chairs and tables for social zones, various furniture and fixtures except office chairs.
The enumeration method is used for evaluation of tenders.
The relationship between price and quality criteria; for example, environment, quality and functionality, competence/assignment solution and service and delivery; are 30 % on the price and 70 % on quality criteria. This means that 1 % difference in quality points results in 2.33 % surcharge on the tender price.
Work Chairs

Office chairs: includes office chairs for offices, laboratories, workshops, and various student workplaces.
