The leasing partner must therefore procure the relevant equipment from the equipment supplier(s) that Helse Sør-Øst RHF [Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority] / Helse Midt-Norge RHF [Central Norway Regional Health Authority] or the individual health trusts have a contract with. The leasing agreements that shall be entered into must be in the category financial or operational leasing, in accordance with the Norwegian Accounts’ Standard 14.
